Overall, my stay at Empress Residence Resort And Spa was good. The service from the staff was great, making me feel like royalty. However, the location was a bit far from the hustle of town, and I experienced some issues with the WiFi in my room during my stay.

I had a family double-room connecting suite that was super spacious and featured two full showers as well as a lovely clawfoot tub. The decor was elegant with gleaming hardwood floors, but I wasn't thrilled with the lack of windows in the first room I was assigned.
